Reade Street Roof Garden

On the roof of a 1920s cast iron building in the historic Tribeca neighborhood, this rooftop garden provides an urban sanctuary along with incredible views of the city skyline beyond. A persistent roof leak led to the reconfiguration of the green roof, giving rise to an opportunity to add a fireplace and built in seating around it. New pavers, planters, lighting and upgrade of the aging wood and finishes complete the picture.
